Conditions For Irrevocable Letter of Credit:
•	Irrevocable of Letter needs to be opened in favor of CONCORD ENTERPRISES, INC.
•	Payment to be at sight against combination copy of Invoice/ packing list.
•	Description to be assorted “General Merchandise” only.
•	Transshipments allowed.
•	Partial Shipments Allowed.
•	Currency must be in U.S. Dollars only.
•	Validity to be in 60 Days After Shipment Date.
•	The Buyer should pay all Bank Charges Inside & Outside U.S.A.
•	Letter of Credit language to be in english only.
•	An additional $250.00 US Dollar will be charged for DOCUMENTATION fee.
•	An additional $250.00 US Dollar will be charged for LOADING charges.
•	An additional $300.00 US Dollar will be charged for TRUCKING charges from and to the harbor.
•	All AMENDMENT charges are at buyer's expense.
•	Terms are F.O.B. our docks at Los Angeles.
•	Insurance is not provided by seller, it is buyer responsibilities.
•	NO Other Terms, Conditions or Additional Wording on the Letter of Credit will accepted.
